my drivers side works ,passenger side just clicks but no movement if i plug the passenger side into the drivers side the mirror works fine ! does this mean the switch is good ?

Do you mean plug the passenger side mirror into the driver's side switch, or some other way round?

This has come up before and its corroded pins in the door socket which takes the wiring from the car body into the door and up to the passenger mirror. You should find if you probe the rubber cover over the connector with your fingers while an assistant works the mirror switch, the electric mirror will work. Just a matter of cleaning the pins as they are inclined to get a bit rusted over time with water seeping through and condensation.

cleaned all the door pins !still no joy !getting 12v at the mirror plug !
