f.y.i
my car wasn,t running quite right.
found i had a split in this rubber pipe No 11

( highlight right click go to )

its an unusual pipe as it is two in one.
one goes from the icv to the rubber boot .the other part of the pipe transfers coolant into the throttle body, to heat it in the winter i assume.
The top part of the pipe No 11 has a tight 90 degree bend init and is stress which is where it splits.
i didn,t want to buy a complete pipe as the cooloant side was fine.
so i fashioned up a silicon pipe to do the job. in fact i had to us two pipes with different size internal and a elbow connector as room is tight.
I just took the car for atest drive and its driving much better . so i obviously found a bad vacuum leak ( at the back of the engine just below the icv ) thoght i share this as i,ve been chasing my poor running for a while now, :-)

didn,t realize how important the TPS is. different on i.s ,s
if its adjusted correctly and working you can hear it click as you slowly open the throttle.
if it does not click , your ICV wont work.
