The fogs have a specific plug which is part of the main loom, and the wire colours are grey and grey/blue.

I have a question. Are parking lights supposed to always be on when the car is on? No way to shut them off when the car is on except for killing low/high beam lights as well?

Lights are controlled by the switch, its either faulty or dirty.

Parking lights is an American terminology and not used in the UK.
