Windows suddenly dead

Hey zone was driving my 87 vert this morning and had all the windows down and suddenly none of them worked. The fuse is fine the breaker seems fine. All of the switch sockets get 12volts but as soon as I plug in each switch it all loses about 2.5 volts dropping ll the way down to 3.2 volts even at the fuse any help?
