E30 325 pre facelift instrument cluster not working

E30 325 pre facelift instrument cluster tempature guage and fuel guage not working ... I check the S I circuit board where the two batteries connect but realise the back of the board is a bit messy ... can the Si circuit be rebuilt or does any one have one I can buy
