Heater box & A/C query

I’ve got an aircon kit for my car, but is there any easy way to tell the if the heater box is just straight A/C or if it has regulated temperature control (climate) as well. I don’t have the facia panel so can’t tell that way, the car has regulated temp control (non AC) at the moment so I’m obviously going to have to change the dial for a manual cable operated one I’m guessing if it doesn’t have A/C regulated temperature control.

I think I’ve answered my own question as it has Bowden cables operating the flaps.
