Hi, just bought a 64mm throttle body which is a bored out 325i item. Can this be fitted to my 320i? Any power gains to be had?
I have read the Wiki pages, std 325i one can go on a 320i but what size is the std 325i one?

It will physically fit but because the opening on the 2.0 inlet manifold is smaller than the 2.5 version there will be a 'step' that needs to ground away. If you can be bothered to do this (and speaking from experience I wouldn't recommend it) you can expect gains of +/- nothing.
