Automatic to 5 Speed Swap with Getrag 260?

I have an '85 euro 323i that I would like to convert to a manual 5 speed using a Getrag 260 box. Do the euro e30's have sensors in their bellhousing for the L-jetronic.

I not familiar with L-jet and the parts supplier I'm sourcing from raised the questions since the euro cars used a CR gearbox with possibly a different bellhousing than the G260.

Any input would be appreciated.

yes all 323i have the pickup on the flywheel
