Car has recently been idling at 500 rpm's, have checked all pipes for leaks, renewed inlet manifold gasket and throttle body gasket, TPS is clicking ok.
Any other possible causes, she feels like she will cut out anytime, but doesn't.

It seems if you foget to put the bracket back on the rocker cover/inlet manifold ( lost the rocker cover bolts now) and leave the 2 bolts out of the manifold it don't like it.

Hmm, yeah my 318is idles a bit low methinks. Bit of a lumpy idle. Im gonna replace the ICV (idle control valve) soon and see if that makes a difference. Dunno what they are meant to idle at though.

It's ticking over better now, but at 400 rpm's. Changed the zone chip with the original and went up to 600.
