As i told you, i have a E30 316 from 1987 and when I bought it the old owner said he had repaired the engine but i see sone oil leak from valve cover, the distribuition cover seems to have been assembled with a mass of joints instead of using a joint and seems to have a oil leak too, the collector joints are being discarded, and a few more little things which makes me thinking if the engine has even been repaired or if it has been well repaired.
Because of this, i decide to remove the engine head and do some tests. I will go change all gaskets from the engine and at this moment i want to know what is the best brand for gasket kit, i read that Goetze is very good but i can´t find a shop that sells it.
I need alternative brands of gasket and where i can buy, can anyone help me please ?
