full guide for removing the injectors on m4016b ??

HI All. thinking about removing my injectors m4016b engine.
is there a guide on here. ? to clean them and check for leaks.
Is it a difficult job , i understand the Inlet Manifold splits, so that look like first step to get easy access. and what parts i need injector o ring plus kit ?

Send them to Injectortune, painless and cheap (circa tenner each)
