It is just above the heater valve you need to get your self into the passenger foot well and look up and you should see a grey 2A FUSE.

It's where blazed says - the only fuse in an E30 that's not in the fusebox.
You don't say why you want to find it, but if it's to do with a non working heater, you'll be disappointed. The default position for the valve is open, so the effect of a blown fuse will be a heater that won't blow quite as cold as it should when the knob is fully in the blue position. Apart from that, a blown fuse wouldn't be noticed.

I have another valve to go in place of mine and just wanted to make sure everything else was ok before I change it.
The pipes were in the wrong order when I got the car which didn't do the valve any favours.
Is it seat, glove box out to do the valve ?
Mart.

I'd want the centre console out of the way as well to change the valve. Seat removal is optional.

It looks like I`m doing this on my own with a cast on my wrist and being an 18 stone big lad !! so the seat has to go.Brianmoooore wrote: Seat removal is optional.
The console will go then Brian if you suggest.
Is that the whole console ? and how do I find the screws? please.
