if it's the one on the back of the G/box then it's pretty easy to do, but has it got the big rubber coated metal ring in front/behind it??
get the car as high as possible, leave it out of gear (easier to turn the prop).
give the 6 nuts a good soaking (wd40/plusgas)
make sure you have a torque wrench & swivel/uv joint as the space is very tight, also open/box end spanners.
once you get under there it is pretty easy to do.
just make sure that the replacement has the little arrows pointing either way on it.
good luck.
