I'm building a powerful E30 and have decided to go with Z3M rear and post 97 E36 M3 front 5 lug conversion because of the bigger brake choice and the stronger rear end to handle the extra power.
I'm looking to purchase a BBK and coilovers.
I presume the BBK would just be the same as used on E36M3 as the hubs are the same on E36M3 and Z3M?
But with coilovers I'm thinking of KW V1's just because I'm looking for a street complaint car with good quality coilovers and ride. Not an out and out track car. Do you know if I just order E36M3 coilovers front and rear or should I be ordering different ones to fit?
Also if it is E36M3 coilovers that fit, do you just use standard E30 top mounts? Again wanting the car to be road compliant so don't really want aftermarket top mounts.
