As per title , today I have noticed a slight misfire felt at idle and during driving , idles steady-ish at 900 rpm.
Roughly 200 miles ago I have done the throttle heater delete , I've tidied up all the vacuum hoses and replaced all of them , new intake gasket , rubber boot , filters , new fuel pump , new spark plugs and car was running smooth.
Also today I have noticed that 4 bolts from the rocker cover on the exhaust side spin freely , so new helical threads job for me , but these could cause the misfire ?

If the rocker cover is leaking air past its gasket, then this air will be drawn into the inlet plenum, bypassing the air meter, and so weaken the mixture.
E30s run fairly lean at part throttle, so, combined with injectors past their reburb date (?), this extra air might just push over the tipping point to a misfire.

Thanks for the advice , I will try to sort out the bolts sometime soon .
Today I took it out for a drive and it didn't misfire anymore. Also I ve made a short video with the engine running , I am new to this car and this type of engine and I am doing all the work by myself , maybe someone more experienced with them can listen to it . Thank you .
