Hi,

I am in the process of converting my car to manual. I have noticed via a parts diagram that I don't have the vibration dampener. (the cup like thing that covers the quibo)

is this a necessary item? the auto box didn't have one.

Only needed with the original design of guibo, all of which are long dead.
