Removing passengers seat back

I'm having a little trouble today removing the back of my sport seat. It's the passenger side so has the tilt mechanism on both sides. I've undone the screws and removed the plastics from the levers, but it seems physically impossible to lift it over the metal levers without breaking the back cover?

U unscrew the lever ( phillips ) & remove & then always lift up the back panel when removing

The Phillips screw was only on the lever nearest the door and I was doing it in situ. The seats are a lot more solid now I've tightened the lower screws
