4.10 lsd broken

Hi guys bought a dodgy lsd gave up on me any ideas if the crown and pinion gear from a 4.27 will fit before i take it to bits many thanks

And im guessing its the small case. The crown wheel and pinion can be swapped if from the same size diff but setting them both up can be difficult and usually best left to the experts, Mainly for pinion depth. Depending on symptons it could just be bearings or the lsd needing overhaul or the cwp lost teeth usually meaning bearing ad lsd overhaul.

I went for it pal used the 427 crown wheel bolted it to the lsd unit used the old bearings and cups from the lsd and chucked it all in the 427 caseing seems ok lola˜‚
