Stuttering/Kangarooing

Hi Guys,

I have recently got my car back on the road after a smash, no known mechanical damage only(!!) several panels, and when I am driving at slowish speeds in 3rd gear the car stutters/kangaroos. It only happens in 3rd and is avoided if I either increase or decrease speed. Any ideas??

Also the oil presure light on the dash now comes on at idel when the engine is warmed up, this didnt happen before and the light goes off hen moving, the manual says this is normal, but I am concerned as it was'nt happening before, is this normal?
