M20b25 water pump

Hi how many different style waterpump's are for the m20b25 engine as the one i provided my mec does not fit he says one has a extra hole ??please !

If he means it has an extra pipe connection, then you've given him a pre facelift one - for a coolant header tank on the RH side of the engine bay.
Post facelift has the header tank on the left, and the equivalent connection is a tee splice in a hose.
