As above, my runners were pretty clogged up with 27 year old dried grease- I have stripped and cleaned them but am unsure which type of grease to use on them now.

i used engine-oil in an oil-can to lube all the pivots,sliders,bushes,catches on my seats

a wipe-over of the black subframes with oil stops them going rusty and looking grotty.
