You'll see the plug supported by a bracket directly under the inlet manifold. Just twist the lower part and it will seperate.

Sorry its the clips on the injectors im having trouble with i need to remove these to get at the rail nuts?

You should be able to undo the rail from the manifold without unclipping anything. Are the 4 bolts not accessible?

No the plastic trough with the injector clips is in the way

The clips that hold the injectors to the rail are just spring clips. You can get a flat screwdriver behind them and pull them out. Make sure they don't fly off when released!

Easiest way is to completely remove each spring clip with a small screwdriver, making sure they don't disappear into a dark corner of the workshop as you do. With them all off, the electrics rail will pull off in one. Make sure the little rubber seals inside each plug don't get lost either.
Refit all the spring clips before reassembly - the plugs just snap into place.
