For a few weeks my mirrors have had issues when adjusting, they kept clicking and then never doing what I want it to. They seem weak, as they are always moving when driving(with wind or bumps). Now I cannot hear any noise and are not moving a single bit. Whats the best way to refresh them, what would i need to get or repair them.

When mine did the first stage (jumping around, weak, not moving) it was simply that the ball and socket joint on the motor had popped out.
Very easy to see, and fix, once the glass was removed.
If the motor's not working, that sounds like another problem.

Most second hand motors will still be as fresh as the day they were made! They are unlikely to have run for more than a total of a few minutes in their entire life.
Note that the same motor is used to move the mirror sideways is also used to move it up and down. What looks like a second motor is a solenoid that changes the motor drive from one to the other.
If your mirror moves over bumps, etc., the clips that hold the plastic rack against the drive pinion have probably broken, allowing the teeth to slip, and whereas, I have bodged this together in the distant past, when E30s weren't being scrapped, there shouldn't be any problem getting a second hand one these days.
As said above, if all is silent now, you almost certainly now have a second fault, and the first thing to do is prise out the mirror switch, unplug it, and connect a 21W 12 volt bulb across the brown and green/white wires to check that power is reaching the switch with the ignition on.
