Rear bumper strip down

I have a face lift Rear bumper I'd like to strip down to the frame then refit the m tech 2 apron to it , can it be done and any tips please .

Take bumper off (two T55 or possibly 10mm hex. underneath), bring bumper indoors, crank up the central heating to max. and let the bumper warm up.
Carefully release the black trim securing clips from inside, one pair at a time. These are brittle, and some will almost certainly break if you don't get the whole thing warm enough.
Once the strips are off, push out the centre pins from the plastic rivets, remove the rivets and the skin comes off of the composite impact bar.
