hi guys, i've just managed to source a 3.91 slipper for my beast...
was just wondering if it is a large case or small case, and depending on this, will it fit straight into my 318iS or will i have to get different driveshafts aswell.
any help on this would be appreciated...

3.91 is a large case, you'll need to swop the output flanges over to allow you to fit this with your existing setup.

Yes, those are the correct parts.stuartgallafant wrote:are they the 'cup' type things that are on the outside of the diff? the bit that the driveshafts connect to?
what do i have to swap them with?
You need to pull the flanges from your original diff and fit them to the LSD. They just pop out if you give them a gentle lever with a pry bar or screwdriver.
