Best way is with a pair of small bolt cutters, cutting away the flexible pipes, the rigid pipes, and the U shaped fixing clips, as part of a complete replacement of rear end brake pipes in one go.
If you don't want to do that, undoing the rear damper bottom bolts and allowing the arms to drop down gives more access, but if the rigid pipe ends don't want to co-operate, you'll end up doing the above anyway.
Buy new U shaped clips, and don't tighten up the damper bolts until the car is on the ground and at normal ride height.
