Sick off buying new disc brakes for my daily steed for them only to warp six months later :x any links anyone,i have some nice qaulity pads ready but dont want to waste them on crapy cheap discs,i just want vaule for money,febi brembo ect?thanks andy

Have you had someone look into why they warp? Brakes getting too hot? sticky caliper?

Calipers fine :D metal on cheap discs is very soft and after 6 months its eaten into the disc to the point the edge is pretty high,i guess going up and down hills in the 25 miles back and too work take there toll,and your not to far from me to know :roll: i have been buying the real crapy budget ones thou,,,,

Some of these "high quality" pads eat brake discs. If you have super hard pads, the disc wears instead of the pad. A standard pad will work just as well and your discs will last longer. ( assuming it's for normal road use)
