Please delete this!! accidently doubled my threads

Ok my engine is rubbish!!!! its m40 rubbish to be exact and i want to install a 1.8is engine...

Not sure where to start but i want to start collecting bits ready for the winter

Anyone know where there is a parts list and how to on this?.. I dont know all the codes and all that im a bit thick you see

I need something that i can follow and will pretty much carry me through it
