Help needed elecric side mirrors not working

So the car is a 1993 320i cab...

When i try to adjust the mirrors i justa get a clicking sound from both mirrors!

I have changed the complete mirrors, relay, fuse and the switch... But the problem is still there!

Anybody come across this problem before?

Any advice would be appreciated

You started with one problem, and now potentially have several, as a result of all the random part swapping. As I've said on here many times before, TEST, not replace, until the fault is fully identified.
Pull out the switch, unplug it, and connect a 12 volt bulb of around 5W - 21W, NOT a meter, between the green/white wire on pin 4 of the plug and the brown wire on pin 2.
Switch on the ignition and check that it lights at full brightness. Lightly move the wiring loom between the A pillar and the door, and check that the movement doesn't affect things.

Ok thanks mate i will do this over the weekend and let you know of results..

I had all the parts on another car which i knew where all working so i swapped them all over thinking one or the other will cure the problem! But failed...
