I need to adjust my door striker positions - both doors have knackered torx 40 heads - some moron has been at the car with a can opener - so it's a drill and Easy Out job I guess, don't really want to start at it with a chisel!

ideas?

I did the dremel slit, and with a flat head drive on a wrench it works a treat and no paint damage, which is more likely with welding

Great - cut slots and used a flat headed driver - less hassle than expected - time to order new bolts....

thankx
