Easy to change if the screws co-operate. The price of a new one might give you a bit of a shock though, and you might find some tinworm along the way that you didn't know about
Remove the half liner in the wheelarch, and the pipe is only held by one screw, although theres a few flexible pipes to deal with as well.
Doin't forget to take the filler cap off before you try to get it out.

I got some "metal repair" stuff-two different tubes job and some "straight to rust" metal paint.

Rubbed the thing down with a wire brush, reaired the hole and painted the whole thing with "straight to rust" (Bright yellow!) paint. (lots of layers)

Have had it like that for 3 months or so now and isn't leeking.

Oh it was Ԛ£146 for a new one from the dealer...eek!

Even if you get a second hand one i would still prep and paint it.

Are you sure your local dealer isn't taking the piss out of you?

ETK, Part No 16-11-1-180-956, Price Ԛ£63.76 inc VAt (approx).

Still pricey I know, but a damn sight less than you've been quoted.

Well mine was for a "Y" shaped one for cars with extra fuel tank...It was a london dealer as well, but they don't usually take the piss on prices
