I'm going to use the s50b32 sump and oil pick up and I also want to sit the engine back. (I know I need to cut bulkhead)
I know the e46 bolts up but did read the e36 subframe was something like a inch wider than e30? Im not sure i believe that.
Problem I did read was that it puts the lower arms in the wrong position. (I have e36 m3 evo arms) is that true?
I've also cut off the anti roll bar mounts from my e36 m3 donor car to weld on e30.
I really don't want to use e30 subframe and big sump with single pick up.
Also been trying to source z3m rear end but failing!
I'm either going to use e30 325 rear arms and fit 5 stud hubs or just get a z3 or compact 318 rear end. What I would like to know if the z4 3.0 rear disc work?
I've got lotus front AP twin pots I'm going to use. Custom mounts are not a problem. I just want large vented disc's on rear.
Thank you for any info.
Grant.

I did some wiring for a guy that had fitted an S50 on its E36 subframe into his E30, he also chopped a big lump of E36 bulkhead out and grafted it in, seemed to fit nice, I believe the subframe went straight in without issues
