Does the inlet manifold have to come off? Reading it doesn't but when I look at it its doesn't seem feasible with removing it.

No need to remove the inlet but removing the rocker cover makes things a bit easier.

Cheers mate.

My carbon monoxide results at idle were 2.34% vol and the limit to pass was 3.5% vol.

HC were low at 128ppm with a limit of 1200ppm.

What do you fellas think about the CO levels? Blue temp sensor has been tested at ECU and I have a 300 mile round trip to do this day to Kilbroney car show and I'm hoping to get this sorted.
