So just changed all my suspension, second hand gaz coilovers, but new wishbones, new m3 eccentric lollipop bushes, new tie rod ends- bolted everything back together and took it for a spin- my problem is, when i go lock to lock i can hear the springs "pinging"???
i adjusted the coilovers this morning and tightened the sleeves- what could be the problem?
could i have overtightened things putting them back, as my steering does feel a little stiffer???
suspension creaking?

Best thing to do is pop the track rod ends from the steering arms, and swing each hub individually from lock to lock by hand.

This is quite normal for coilovers. Due to the weight of the car, the spring tries to stay with the upper spring plate as the strut rotates with steering lock - eventually enough tension is created for it to 'pop' free and turn. That's the pinging sound.
More expensive coilover kits get around this by using a roller bearing upper spring plate that allows the spring to turn freely with the strut.
