Stuck rear brakes

My cars being towed on Monday rear brakes seized.
Problem is getting the garage doors to open(rear bumper stopping this) only a couple of inches,any suggestions on how I could do this ? :?

Lift the back end with a jack

Jack the rear up and push it forward on the jack
