Anyone know where to get one?
Demon tweeks are Ԛ£120+ and Motorsportworld are Ԛ£116 inc delivery.
Anyone know where I can get it cheaper, or alternatively a link to Kent's official website so as I can get a phone number or something?

Goin to Magnum at lunchtime.
Are they gonna need the big end bolts? they're still on order from bmw, will get em tomorrow so I could always drop em down.

They'll only need them if they're assembling the engine for you. They can use the old ones to mock it up but when we come to the final build, new bolts will be needed for sure!Jimbob wrote:Cheers for the link mate, Google couldn't find it![]()

Give Halfords a call, I've seen them in there, make sure they order you the right one though.

Cheers, will email you later.
Adam, Magnum just rang me, I'm gonna have to go back down there with the other crank, pistons and conrods
This is because it'll be too hard to measure the depth of the piston in the block as the piston isn't flat.
He also said, because the ETA block is 1.5mm taller then there is no longer a choice in which block to use.
I'm gonna have grey hair by the end of this

That's bullsh!t mate, they don't need the other bits and I can't think why they'd want the old crank, pistons and rods.Jimbob wrote:Cheers, will email you later.

Also, what do they mean about the block, they are identical blocks which are both too tall, the eta block is 1.5mm taller so would need more taking off but you want to pick the one with the best bores.
It's not exactly a hard conversion, I don't see what their problem is.
