Having a problem with removing the rear bumper. Ive done a search already and established that i need to remove the mounts whilst attached to the bumper by undoing four nuts behind the valance. The torx bolts are not dropping out they are going tight then loose then tight again when spun.
Thing is i dont want to be left driving with no rear bumper. What parts will i need so that i can remove and refit in one go? Do i need a new shock mount or is it all servicable once removed?
Many thanks

It's possible that the fixed nuts that the torx bolts screw into have torn away, but it's nothing that can't be fixed with a welder.
It'll all be visible once the full assembly is off, and can be loosely put straight back on again if you think it can't be fixed without parts.
