Found one side of my 325i 1989 cabby sway saddle bracket seriously rotted, so replaced rubbers and saddles - is it correct that each saddle only has a single bolt to the chassis at the rear side and the front half "cut out" in the bracket just sits against the chassis member? surely not - any observations? Original so bad can't tell how it was installed.

thanks

Paul :-)

Yes, ANTI ROLL BAR bracket is secured by a single bolt. You may have to use a longer nut and bolt initially to draw the bracket into place, before changing for the correct one.

OK, thanks for the heads up - one of them is sitting "up" ie. the back bolt is locked down but the front half moon is off the chassis - maybe a bent sway bar - it's all going to have to come off.
