Fuse 20 - no power

Investigating why the power mirrors and heater fan are not working.

1987 325i

There is no battery voltage when in "run" at fuse 20. Battery is connected and at 12.5v.

Relay K7 is fitted and i've swapped it for another (though can't vouch for it's condition)

Relay pin socket is live no. 86.

Could i have a couple of duff relays ?

one of the two smaller connections on the starter motor provide the power to the fuesbox , it's either the 10mm nut or the 8mm one . make sure you disconnect the battery before probing about

Thanks mate, that's what Rob (HKF) also said as i've not put the engine back in yet

Not heard from Mr M for a while , maybe he's on holiday ?
