Brake pedal goes straight to floor, fluid peeing out offside somewhere at rear of engine bay
Where to start?

In the engine bay is a strange place for brake fluid to leak - only hard lines in there, and a fairly rust resistant environment.
Brake lines to the front brakes rust in the short length that curves out into the wheel arch, but for it to rust enough to fail, the MOT test man has been negligent.
