As above really need to do this today as my car is running crap.

Do I need to take the whole inlet assembly off to do this?

Can it be done from inside the engine bay as I don't have a ramp.

Any help would be gratefully received

Cheers

You don't need to remove the inlet manifold but removing the rocker cover will give you a bit more wriggle room. And don't forget to depressurise the fuel system!
