Is there any way to reconnect e30 drive shaft who has been separated in two piece, to stay in balance?
No white dots on both part..

I presume you mean propshaft, not driveshaft. The two universal joints must lie in the same plane, so there are only two ways it goes together. One correct, and one 180 degrees out.
