steering wheel shake.while braking

Hello,

I just install new front discs but brake pad is old one/used.

While braking halfway my steering wheel shake but not happen while firm/hard brake.

It is only steering wheel that shake, but not the brake pedal.

Is it cause by old brake pad?

Could also be suspension in my experience. Worth a visual check of all components to start with.

If the pads faces are uneven they will heat the disc unevenly, which could cause vibrations, and it's bad practice to use old pads with new discs in any case, unless the old discs were still smooth and flat, and you certainly shouldn't be doing any hard braking until they are bedded in.
One of the main symptoms of worn control arm bushes is steering wheel shake under braking.

Forget to mention, arm bush is new, tie rod new, and I just also install corsa steering linkage.

Should I buy new brake pad? Ate?

Markus Brian is right, pads really need to be replaced at the same time as discs.

Found the problem today it was my tie rod/rack end that badly worn/shake.
