Heated Washer jets

I have got heated washer jets on my car how can i tell if they are heating up and also they don't squirt much either one side don't operate properly and is temperamental and the other don't even reach anywhere near the middle of the screen any help appreciated.

Get a multimeter, check for continuity between the two pins, inevitably find none, hope it doesn't get frosty.

Hello j4gz,
take the tube off the pump and see how she squirts, look for a kink in the pipe work, rubber goes hard/brittle with age - so see if any of the joints (hidden in the bonnet itself) are leaking.
One instance on mine, when buffing the car with a buff, I partly blocked the jets with polish, a sewing needle sorted that out and also helps in re aiming the jets as well, cheers.
