2 separate water leaks

Hi guys, now I'm down to the final 2 water leaks on my car 1 of them runs along side the rear bench and ends up in the rear drivers side footwell and the other comes onto the top of the nsr inner wheel arch and runs into the boot, and by the arch I mean the part of the arch that is accessible from the boot and has the inner quarter panel attached to it and a wiring harness running across the top of it ( hope that makes sense )

Ok mate I'll take a look at those grommets, it's not leaking around the rear lights, I've currently got all the carpet out of the car and to start with it was leaking everywhere
