Hello

I have a 1994 E30 touring that needs the rear bumper replacing and wondered if the rear bumper is the same for all E30 facelift models or do they differ between saloon, touring, convertible, etc.?

Thanks.

Absolute bollocks! A facelift rear bumper is a facelift rear bumper, whether it came from a 2 door saloon, a 4 door saloon, a touring or a cab. All exactly the same apart from colour.

If this is the case should the Wiki not be changed?

Yes it should be changed. My touring is currently wearing a rear bumper from a 2 door.

I didn't even get a chance to read Brian's PM!

FWIW, the Touring bumper debacle raised its head 7 years ago, when I was buying my one. Spent a day in a subzero scrapyard trying to undo the rusted bolts on am upturned shell, just because someone on here had told me they're touring-specific

I wondered if the wiki was right.

Is there a difference in the exhaust cut out for twin and single pipes?

Yes - in the rear panel. No cut out in the bumper.

Thanks, Brian. I'm not used to these new fangled facelift setups.
