Agreed. Ctek chargers are quality.
Had mine for years, still going strong.

Probably a stupid question but as a new owner I want to put mine away for the winter. Is there a guide on here for connecting a CTEK to an E30? Thanks

Don't disconnect the battery. Connect the charger to the battery, either with the ring terminals or the croc. clips, plug into the mains, switch on, and press the mode button to either the car or ice symbol, depending on how cold it gets around your way. Forget until Spring.
There also appears to be a cigar lighter plug in lead available, which will work with an E30, since the socket is permanently live.
