Cabby electric windows stopped working

Anyone able to help me with my dilemma, so basically my electric Windows and wing mirrors have stopped working. I have checked the circuit breaker and have bridged the wires to see if it's a faulty breaker, they still didn't work I then gave a 12v supply to the same place to put all 4 Windows up and they worked my electric wing mirrors don't work either. Help needed cheers

The windows (doors closed) and the mirrors have the unloader circuit in common, although the windows should still work with the door open.
Does the heater fan work?
Anyone been playing with the starter motor recently?
