325 manual gearbox got a second hand 325 box but there are 2 holes at one side of bellhousing old one dose not have this??
Can I sill use this box? What are the 2 holes for?

Yes you can still use the box
Sounds like it's from a prefacelift 325i with DME 1.1 and those holes were of the sensors used on the flywheel.

Your engine has much more advanced electronics than the one this box was originally attached to, and uses a single sensor near the toothed crank pulley at the front of the engine to replace these two.
