I'm having trouble taking the electrical plugs off the injectors. The wiki says to just push the metal clip in and take the plug off. Sounds just like the brown and blue temperature sensors. But my plugs don't seem to be like this and it looks impossible to take them off whilst still connected to the manifold.

Is it possible to take these plugs off whilst fuel rail is still connected to the manifold?

Is it possible to take the fuel rail off whilst the electrical connections are still attached?

How do I remove plug c19 1 from its holder?

My injector plugs look like figure 8 on this page http://blog.bavauto.com/643/replacing-a ... -your-bmw/

Lever them up with a screwdriver.

They'll pop off.

Thanks for the reply, I've managed to do it all this afternoon.

Still don't think it would be possible to take off these injector electrical plugs without having the manifold off the car.
